Welcome! And sorry for the wallet trouble. A few questions for you so we can try to help resolve this: Are the old phone and new phone both android or iphone? Do you have access to the old phone wallet and are you able to send guapcoin from the old wallet if you wanted (for example, if you had another new wallet on the new phone, could you send the coins to that phone)? How long ago did you install the guapcoin wallet on your old phone, and have you ever updated it?

Ok, thanks for that info. I have more understanding now. Here are some thoughts: Top priority - back up those private keys for each wallet address you have with coins in it, but don't post private keys here. See this link for instructions: https://www.guaptalk.org/topic/85-backing-up-your-desktop-wallet/ Once you've done that, decide if you want to setup masternodes on your own or just keep the coins in your wallet and let me know what you decide. Most likely you'll just need to consider those 3 masternodes dead and start fresh. If you didn't keep paying for the Digital Ocean server, that masternode is dead. Since only you and Tavonia know what server your other masternodes are on and they're not currently working, you'll most likely just need to start over with those masternodes too. All it takes to delete your masternodes and unlock those coins in your wallet is for you to click the 3 dots by the masternode status (where it says missing) in your picture, and click delete. Or you can go to the masternode.conf file on your PC, open it, and delete the entry or entries that you no longer need. That file is found at C:\Users\"Your Name"\AppData\Roaming\Guapcoin Once you decide what to do with the coins, you can choose how/where you want to setup your masternodes if desired. Self hosted means you set them up yourself (like at Digital Ocean or Vultr or some other virtual private server). Did someone else set them up for you like at Grow Your Guap or GuapPools or something like that? Also what do you mean by go missing? Do you mean the masternode status changes to missing in your wallet or when you look at https://guapcoinexplorer.com/masternodes or something else? I'd like to help point you in the right direction but it really depends on how and where your masternodes are currently set up.

Hi there and welcome! You'll also need to update your masternode configuration. How is your masternode set up (self-hosted, Pecunia, ihostMN, etc)? If it's self-hosted, you'll need to follow the instructions here: https://guapcoin.org/news/guapcoin-rosewood-phase-1-rewards-update-version-2-3-2-released/ If it's with Pecunia, they've already updated the code, but you might need to restart, or talk with their support team. If it's with ihostMN, you'll want to talk with their support team.

From the Developers: Rosewood Phase 1 is now released. This rewards increase is a major update for all users. The upgrade is fairly simple and requires desktop wallet users to delete the blockchain and chainstate folders from the Guapcoin application directory. This release increases rewards to 20 Guap for Masternodes and 5 Guap for staking. The rewards will remain at this rate until we release the Tulsa DAO upgrade in January – February 2022. All Masternodes and Desktop Wallets must be updated before block height 1,260,000 Failure to update will result in removal/disconnect from the blockchain, meaning your desktop wallet or masternode will not sync with the network, no rewards will be received, and your desktop wallet will be unable to perform transactions. In the meantime, the phase 1 roll-out of the Rosewood update is expected to be released in December. This update will introduce an increase of 20 Masternode and 5 staking rewards until the Tulsa update is publicly released ( Guapcoin 3.0). Tulsa is the next major upgrade to the Blockchain, it requires security patching and additional testing on the devnet before implementation onto the main-net. Developer testing is expected to continue until the end of January, with the official release expected in February. After all code updates, patches and testing is a success, the Guapcoin 3.0 software upgrade will be required for all Masternode and desktop wallet users. Masternode(MN) holders will have up to 21 days to upgrade. Once at least 90-95 percent of the network is upgraded, a softfork will occur automatically around block height 1,260,000. Any Masternode that has not upgraded within the deadline will be rejected from the network and will not receive Proof of stake rewards or the ability to participate in DAO voting. In March of 2021, Masternode owners voted and approved the Tulsa update which is designed to deliver the following features. 1. Treasury funding: 2. Governance: Onchain masternode voting 3. The ability to submit proposals on chain via Desktop Wallet 4.
