A Decentralized Autonomous Organization Guapcoin's proposal system will allow users to submit on chain proposals and request funding. Guap governors will vote through their wallets on the passage of proposals. Currently these features are undergoing testing on the testnet. We will update you in this thread when more information becomes available.
