Both addresses are genuine since I'm currently using them. I thought the same thing maybe that system is not connected to the blockchain...it's been awhile.

Here is an update: forwarding this from Guap Support group. This morning I received 2 big deposits and my total balance in wallet reduce reduced but correct in Explorer. Pictures attached.
