Hey Hey! My name is SolRA. I'm trying to log into my GaupCoin Wallet. Its stating I need a recovery phrase? All I have is a set of numbers and letters which is not the recovery phrase. How should I proceed?

Hello, I transferred 41381 guap to my mobile wallet from Grow Your Guap on 3/3/2022. I haven't touched it since. Now my balance says 4002.70, block height 0. Can someone look into this please. Wallet will receive properly, but will not send. Regardless of the To field wallet address, or the amount in the Guap field, an error is returned: "Invalid Amount". Tried: stopping app, rebooting phone, delete and reinstalling app, confirming enough funds to cover Fees. Last successful Send was in Dec 2021. Ideas?

Greetings, I was sent 25 Guap for attending your presentation on July 30th and I bought 1000 Guap. Enclosed are screenshots of my account. The confirmation button doesn't seem to work when I depress it in my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Guap app and haven't been able to solve this issue. Please advise.
