A few questions for you so we can try to help resolve this: Are the old phone and new phone both android or iphone? Do you have access to the old phone wallet and are you able to send guapcoin from the old wallet if you wanted (for example, if you had another new wallet on the new phone, could you send the coins to that phone)?
